dim2warm® is a lighting technology for suitable prebit luminaires. When dimmed, brightness is reduced and the light color changes within prebit's typical range from 3000 K to 2200 K.

At high brightness the light appears clearer and brighter. When the luminaire is dimmed, the light becomes progressively warmer. This produces a comfortable, atmospheric illumination suitable for maritime applications and high-quality residential environments.

dim2warm® combines brightness dimming with a change in light colour. As the luminaire is dimmed, the colour temperature gradually shifts from warm white 3000 K to an especially warm 2200 K.

At higher brightness levels the light remains clear and pleasant. As the light is dimmed, the atmosphere becomes warmer and more comfortable, similar to the familiar behaviour of traditional incandescent and halogen lamps.

Tunable White, by contrast, allows the colour temperature to be adjusted independently of the brightness. Both technologies offer different possibilities for creating individual lighting scenes and applications.
